COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & EXPECTATIONS

Revised Oct 30, 2024

PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR USE OF ANY AND ALL COMMUNITIES OR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES MANAGED BY LIFESTYLE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL, LLC (“ENTRE”) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE LIFE DESIGN PLATFORM, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, OR LINKEDIN (“COMMUNITY” OR “COMMUNITIES”) THAT APPLY WHEN ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE COMMUNITY.

Part of ENTRE’s formula for supporting its members in taking their lives and businesses to the next level is its incredible Communities. ENTRE strives to keep its growing Communities a safe place for its members to get and share advice, feedback, inspiration, encouragement, and be part of a Community of like-minded individuals who care. As part of its efforts to foster that environment, ENTRE has implemented the following Community Guidelines and Expectations for all who access, view, or participate in ENTRE’s Communities:

Share Your Journey & Encourage Others

The primary goal of ENTRE’s Communities is to provide members with a safe place where they can get (and give) advice, feedback, inspiration, encouragement, and share their journey with like-minded people who care. The spaces are meant to cultivate a positive and uplifting environment. Please refrain from sharing outside posts or links into our community. We encourage you to share content that you have created yourself, reflecting your personal experiences and journey.

Be Kind and Courteous

Please note that ENTRE has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or harassing behavior toward ENTRE team members and Community participants will not be tolerated in any form. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in blocked communications, exclusion from the group, or other actions necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect of all ENTRE members.

Healthy debate and disagreement can be constructive, but it must remain respectful and fact-based. If you choose to disagree with fellow members, please do so respectfully. Negative comments about competitors' businesses are allowed, but should not go beyond stating facts to make your point. The key to a great Community is maintaining an engaging, inclusive space where everyone can learn and grow.

Respect Everyone’s Privacy

Being part of ENTRE’s Communities requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions help create a great environment, but these discussions may also involve sensitive or private information. What’s shared in our Community should stay in the Community. No visitor or member should share or disseminate information obtained from within the Community without consent.

Similarly, do not cite or refer to members, vendors, or business associates by name or reveal any confidential information related to them without prior permission. Also, do not conduct business or discuss sensitive matters with members, suppliers, or business associates in an open forum.

No Cross-Promotion or Spam

ENTRE takes a strong stance against cross-promotion, lead generation, and solicitation within its Communities. No visitor or member of the group, either directly or indirectly, is permitted to utilize information (from posts, members, member lists, or otherwise) accessed through or contained within the Community to contact, target, or solicit its members for the purpose of offering services, selling products, or otherwise encouraging members away from the Community or ENTRE.

At ENTRE, we teach you to create high-value content that shares your unique viewpoint, uplifts others, aligns like-minded people, and builds connections. This raises the question: can you share your content in the ENTRE community to build your connections? The answer is both yes and no. Yes, ENTRE is a place where like-minded individuals with shared values can share and enlighten each other. However, no, it is not a place for members to solicit others to join their external offerings.

In practice, this is a messy and not-always-clear standard, and we strive to make fair decisions around what gets posted based on the best interests of the community. Our general guidance is to utilize your access for what it is - a group of like-minded people you can get feedback and support from. We recommend sharing your "Val-YOU-Preneurship" content as a request for feedback versus sharing it to persuade or attract group members to your point of view. We acknowledge this is a fine line and ask that you do the same, recognizing that it is our difficult call to make, sometimes hundreds of times a day. By joining, you agree that our decisions about what gets posted are final and that whatever explanation we choose to give in case of a dispute is sufficient.

Falsely representing yourself, your relationship with ENTRE, including any impersonation of ENTRE or anyone affiliated with ENTRE, will result in immediate removal from the Community and may result in legal action.

You acknowledge and agree that violation of this rule creates harms to ENTRE that are inherently difficult to quantify and value. Accordingly, you agree that you will pay ENTRE liquidated damages of $10,000 per occurrence for any violation of this rule. You agree that this relief constitutes a fair and reasonable approximation of the damages caused by your conduct. You agree that ENTRE has the right to determine what constitutes an “occurrence” and that, if it so chooses, ENTRE may alternatively elect to pursue damages in an amount to be determined at any trial or hearing on this matter. You also agree that this liquidated damages provision does not preclude ENTRE from seeking injunctive relief, if it deems necessary, and that the payment of these liquidated damages will not prevent ENTRE from sustaining irreparable harm.

Direct Messages & Voice Messaging

Within the ENTRE Life Design Platform, we offer direct messaging and voice messaging between members. All guidelines for behavior, privacy, and solicitation apply within direct messages, just as they do in open forums. Members may not use direct messages for unsolicited offers, promotions, or any behavior that violates these guidelines.

ENTRE reserves the right to disable a member’s direct messaging capabilities if we determine that the member is not adhering to these Community Guidelines. If any member feels that another is violating these guidelines within direct messages, they are encouraged to report the incident to [email protected] for further investigation.

Please note that direct messages are not an official support channel. For the most efficient support, we encourage you to email our team at [email protected]. This is the best way to ensure that your inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Report Unsolicited Messages

Members who are contacted by someone in the ENTRE Community, or by someone connected to the Community, who is attempting to offer or sell third-party products or services should immediately report the issue to [email protected] so we can investigate the issue and remove the offending party if necessary. ENTRE welcomes screenshots or chat logs in these instances.

If the communication is not from ENTRE or an authorized representative, it is not endorsed by ENTRE and is likely to be spam or a scam. We recommend our Community members exercise caution and reach out to their Advisor or the Support team with any concerns.

Help Us Moderate Discussions

The ENTRE Communities are a space for intelligent discussion and support. ENTRE expects its members to help each other keep conversations appropriate and respectful. Please report any posts or threads that are problematic or violate these Community Guidelines by emailing [email protected].

In addition, you may not block a group admin or moderator. Doing so may result in removal.

Keep It Relevant

Conversations in ENTRE Communities cover a variety of topics. However, members making posts or comments that are off-topic or disruptive may have their posts removed. Discussions related to religion, politics, or other divisive subjects should be avoided. We have to respect the views of all our members and ensure a safe space for everyone.

Feedback Posts

ENTRE encourages members to ask for constructive feedback on their personal goals, websites, content, advertising, etc., but not if the intention is to promote products, services, or businesses. Posts intended to solicit leads or buyers may be removed at ENTRE’s discretion.

Income Claims

ENTRE encourages members to share personal results, but they must be truthful and provide value to other members by sharing their personal experiences, journeys, struggles, or victories. Results should not be misleading and must accurately reflect how they were achieved.

Privacy and Information Sharing

Members are not obligated to provide information about their income or business results. If approached by other members inquiring about such details, you have the right to decline sharing. Harassing or poaching messages may result in removal.

Acceptance and Credentials are Non-Transferrable

Membership in an ENTRE Community is based on careful review. Participants may not reassign their place, rights, or obligations to any third party. Sharing login credentials is prohibited, and only members who have been approved are allowed to participate in community.

Utilize the Appropriate Channels

ENTRE Communities aren’t an extension of ENTRE Support. For the most efficient and timely support, please direct individual support concerns or product inquiries to [email protected].

Notice of Public Posting

Members should be advised that information posted is considered public. By participating, you give permission to ENTRE to use publicly posted content for marketing purposes across its channels. ENTRE will not share your personal information without consent. If you do not wish for your content to be shared, notify [email protected].

Respect and Comply with the Terms of Use of the Community Platform

Members should not expose themselves or ENTRE to legal risk by using a community platform in violation of its terms of use. Ensure compliance with any terms relating to advertising, marketing, intellectual property, and privacy when participating in ENTRE Communities.

Violation of Guidelines

Violations of ENTRE’s Community Guidelines, particularly actions that could subject ENTRE to liability, may result in removal from the group or other actions as deemed necessary by ENTRE. Members removed for guideline violations will not be eligible for refunds. Violations can be reported to [email protected].
